A kit designed for foodies!! This kit contains ingredients and a recipe for a custom cocktail/mocktail that was designed by our team at Madison Eats and a delicious Indian comfort food meal (it is not spicy!). Some shopping is necessary for perishables for the korma sauce and a few items for the drink including alcohol if desired. A grocery list will be provided! Some advance prep required and comfort with basic cooking techniques. This kit supports two businesses owned by people of color and 7 local businesses. This kit creates a delicious one-of-a-kind meal that even the most discerning foodie will love.

Ingredients used in our signature Forbidden Fruit cocktail/mocktail, and the korma. Additional ingredients will be necessary to purchase. Feeds 4!
Two 4 oz containers of figs, rosemary, a beautiful linen tea towel with the cocktail recipe, a 100 ml bottle of Vom Fass Balsamic vinegar and a small jar of Wisconsin honey.
We include 1 pound of rice, about 25 cashews and include 2 bottles of Korma sauce and 2 spice packets. EVERY single part of the kit is sourced from within 30 miles of Madison.

Kit and Class Option: Join our cooking instructor online for a live, engaging and fun cooking class using the products in the kit! We’ll make our signature cocktail and a delicious meal while having fun. This class is geared towards people who are comfortable cooking and love a unique and luxury food experience.
